Country Cascades Waterpark Resort

We had a wonderful stay here! The kids loved the waterpark and all of the activities. We rented a cabana one day and it was so relaxing. The resort offers so much to do and snack on! It was great. The absolute best part of this resort though, is their staff! They were so kind and attentive to all of our children, but especially to our special needs child. As a mom to a child with an invisible disability, often people see a child simply not acting her age. But here they danced with her, listened to her, hugged her. She even made a new bestie, Jennifer, who she will no doubt talk about for months to come. Amenities are a huge seller of any family resort in this area, but what sets Country Cascades apart is the people that work here. We can not recommend this resort enough and are already planning our next trip in April!

This resort is very kid centered and has just about everything you could think of so you wouldn't really need to leave at all if you didn't want to. We took our 2 year old in the winter and she LOVED the indoor water slides and splash pad! They have an arcade, a restaurant, ice cream shop, cake shop, and more! Some of the activities you have to pay for, but they also have scheduled activities all day long with some being free. Everything was clean. It's close to a lot of outside restaurants and The Island so location is great! What stood out to me the most was the customer service from absolutely everyone we encountered. We never made it through the hallway without someone saying hi to us, making a point to ask my daughter if she was having a good time, and doing everything they could to make her feel special. We will definitely return. She hasn't stopped asking to go back to the water slides since we left :)

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and highly recommend it, especially for families. The highlight was the fantastic waterpark, which provided endless fun for kids and adults alike. There were plenty of kids’ activities throughout the day, keeping the children entertained and happy the entire time. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were well maintained, and the atmosphere was lively yet relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect mix of comfort, entertainment, and fun. If you’re looking for a hotel with lots of activities, a great waterpark, and a truly enjoyable family experience, this is the place to stay. We had a lot of fun and would definitely come back!

We took a family trip with 17 of us 8 of which were between the ages of 9 months and 13. First of all the decorations for Christmas were absolutely gorgeous. The kids loved this place. From the activities planned daily to the indoor pool and the suites with bunk beds they were completely excited. For the adults, the rooms were a great size, very comfortable and the amenities quite accommodating. I'd highly recommend this one.

We loved this place. The staff was super involved and attentive. The activities team was great. My kids especially loved the dance parties with Ty before bed. Maggie, Cathy, and Kelly helped my girl pick out her special rocks for at least 30 minutes. And the girl at the store let me in to buy some emergency supplies 5 minutes after it closed. The rooms and food were all great as well. Its also located just off a side street right in the middle of pigeon forge, near The Island and the Leconte Center. Would absolutely stay again.

Stopped in Pigeon Forge for 2 days and chose this hotel since we have two toddlers. We are so happy with our experience. So many fun things for the kids to do just in the hotel. All staff were so nice. Love that they have activities every hour of the day. The pool and waterslides are so fun! The rooms were clean and nice.

This is the best family friendly hotel that we have found. It’s the reason that we keep coming back. There is so much to do that we hardly venture out. Over the years we’ve come to just be at the hotel and enjoy. The staff is always super friendly. It’s not a vacation until we see Kelly, Tye, or Jonathan. Every person that we have interacted with has been wonderful. Cleaning staff to front desk. The pizza is wonderful, coffee always brewing, and ice cream to die for. The bakery has the perfect snacks and breakfast at Granny Cluckets is a must. Water park is top notch. The slides are so fun for the whole family. Outside is wonderful and has so much seating. Adding a few photos from over the years. We usually come 5-6 times per year.

This place needs to be known about!!! We stayed near Christmas time. Many upgrades since we stayed here 4 years ago! Such a great price for room size and play! Other places do not include water play in their price! So many activities for kids to do throughout the day! There was a scavenger hunt for the kids in the room and the treasure chest was full of goodies! So sweet! Service is amazing! Everyone is so nice! We paid for an extra night, but one of our littles got sick so we couldn’t stay. They refunded us the extra night and were super nice about it! Great place! I would give five stars, but the pizza and breakfast is overpriced and terrible tasting. The bakery food and coffee were great! Other than that, amazing place to stay!
